Cluster Facilities Manager

Bracknell and surrounding areas

£50,000–£55,000 + benefits and car allowance

You'll manage multiple sites, making decisions that directly impact the customer experience. With a focus on operational excellence, you'll build expertise in both hard and soft services while influencing site security, health and safety, and the overall look and feel of the buildings.

And because you'll be working closely with specialist contractors and service providers, you'll gain valuable insights into cost management, risk reduction and performance monitoring.

Plus, you'll be part of a business that puts client care at the heart of what it does, giving you the chance to make a real difference to the customers who use the spaces you manage.

What you'll do

Oversee building services and facilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets high standards. From maintenance and repairs to security and health and safety, you'll keep the sites operational and attractive.

You'll manage service providers, reviewing performance and costs to deliver efficient, high-quality services. You'll also coordinate fire safety checks and audits, keeping everything compliant and safe.

On the admin side, you'll maintain site documents, including O&M manuals, safety files, asset registers, and certification. You'll also manage budgets, approving spend and tracking costs to ensure efficient use of resources.

What you'll need

  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Strong knowledge of building engineering systems and health & safety
  • Experience managing budgets and service charge costs, with a focus on efficiency
  • Confident in instructing and monitoring works, including reviewing RAMS and issuing PTWs
  • Good organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and set performance standards
