We're proud to be partnering with a major beauty and retail brand to recruit an experienced
Estates Manager
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to take the lead in managing, developing, and optimising a large UK property portfolio.

Based in
Bracknell
, you'll play a key role in driving the company's
estate strategy
— balancing growth, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the UK. Working closely with senior leadership and European counterparts, you'll help deliver an ambitious property plan that supports business expansion and operational success.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the
    property development strategy
    , identifying and delivering new store opportunities
  • Manage
    rent reviews, lease renewals, and service charges
    across the UK portfolio
  • Oversee
    maintenance and facilities operations
    , ensuring stores run efficiently and compliantly
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce costs, manage risk, and enhance performance
  • Maintain an accurate
    property database
    to inform strategic decision-making

About You

  • MRICS (or equivalent)
    qualified professional
  • Experienced in
    multi-site estates management
    , ideally within
    retail or consumer sectors
  • Skilled negotiator with strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Confident managing
    budgets, leases, and transactions
  • Adept at influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Knowledge of
    Health & Safety, sustainability, and facilities management

Bonus points for
Pan-European property experience
and a flair for
innovation in real estate strategy
