We are a three-bedded residential childcare home, based in Sutton Coldfield. Our doors are open for young people aged between 8-17 years of age; these children can present emotional and challenging behaviours.
We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who can motivate these young people to do and see better through their enthusiasm. Further to this, it is crucial that the senior/shift leader is an organised, dedicated individual who can work in an effective way.
