3 Bungalows situated in the heart of Sutton Coldfield for Young People with Complex needs

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are dedicated to strive for the best outcomes for our young people. We currently have vacancies in our Sutton Coldfield bungalows, for young people with complex needs.

You will have the opportunity to work in very beautiful, modern bungalow, supporting young people with mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties. Gracebridge also have residential care home's location in Birmingham, that have been complimented by Ofsted for the high-quality décor and homely feel, where young people can feel safe and comfortable in their environment. We are looking for someone who

• Is 22 years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
• Has their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce. (Desirable)
• Has at least 2 years of experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people. (Desirable)

Your role:

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment where our young people can flourish. Some of the tasks you will be expected to do include key working sessions, facilitating and supervising family contact, organising and participating in various activities and events, keeping records, attending meetings and various household tasks. Within the bungalows you will be working alongside a qualified registered mental health nurse and external mental health professionals called B Mindful.

Incentives while working at Gracebridge Care:

• £500 welcome bonus payable on passing probation period,

Pay: £28,683.20-£31,657.60 per year
