- Have experience in operations analytics, performance reporting, or a related field (ideally within aviation or logistics)
- Enjoy working with data, uncovering trends, and using insights to drive continuous improvement across operational teams
- Are comfortable using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Can be in our fantastic Luton head office 3 x per week
The Team
You'll join our Operations Performance – Ground Operations team, a group dedicated to developing and owning the strategic agenda for performance metrics across our network. The team leads on everything from aircraft turnround and airport scheduling to ground handling performance and de-icing usage. We work closely with colleagues across Ground Ops, Procurement, Flight Ops, Cabin Services, Scheduling, IT, and Business Intelligence to ensure our data and processes drive operational excellence.
The Role
As an Operational Performance Specialist, you'll play a key role in tracking and analysing operational metrics, supporting data-driven decision making, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll work hands-on with data, reporting tools, and operational teams to ensure accuracy, drive best practice, and help us deliver a seamless experience for our customers and colleagues.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years' experience in operations support, performance analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency with data tools such as Excel and SQL; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively across teams
- Self-motivated, able to manage your own workload and bring forward new ideas
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Basic understanding of ground operations, logistics or transport operations and relevant KPIs is advantageous
- Relevant degree or training in Business, Analytics, or Operations preferred but not essential

Practicalities
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
