We are currently seeking a skilled Azure Network Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal to our continued success, providing the expertise needed to design, implement, and maintain robust Azure networking infrastructures for our clients.
Role OverviewAs an Azure Network Specialist, you will be responsible for architecting and managing secure, scalable, and high-performance network solutions within Microsoft Azure environments. Working remotely, you will collaborate closely with Cloud Architects, security teams, and other IT professionals to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal network performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage Azure virtual networks, including subnets, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, and network security groups.
- Implement and maintain network security policies and configurations to safeguard cloud infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot Azure Load Balancers, Application Gateways, and Traffic Manager profiles.
- Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure teams to integrate on-premises networks with Azure environments.
- Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, procedures, and configurations.
- Stay current with Azure networking best practices, updates, and emerging technologies to continually enhance solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and support during cloud migration projects and network-related incident resolution.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure networking services and architecture.
- Strong understanding of IP networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols.
- Experience configuring Azure VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, and Network Security Groups.
- Familiarity with Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, and Traffic Manager.
- Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
