What you'll be doing:
In this role, you'll lead the technical development of new products within the Beauty+ category, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to bring innovative, high-performing products to life. You'll ensure all products meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards, while also aligning with cost targets and performance expectations. You'll be a key technical voice in the product development process, helping to solve challenges, improve processes, and keep Avon at the forefront of beauty innovation.

Key responsibilities:- Managing end-to-end technical development for new products in the Beauty+ category.
- Providing technical direction to suppliers and ensuring packaging, claims, and formulations meet all requirements.
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with global and local regulations.
- Identifying and resolving quality or technical issues, escalating when needed.
- Supporting continuous improvement by evaluating current processes and applying innovation.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and integrating new technologies into product development.

What we're looking for:- A technically experienced product development professional with a background in R&D.
- Strong understanding of safety, regulatory, and quality standards in cosmetics or personal care.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
