Key Responsibilities: -

  • Providing compassionate and person-centred care to our clients
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, medication administration, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their families
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's condition or well-being
  • Ensuring the highest standards of safety and infection control
  • Collaborating with the wider care team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients

Requirements:

  • A genuinely caring nature and a passion for making a positive impact
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A willingness to undergo training and development
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Driving Licence & Vehicle Access preferred but not essential
