global expansion
, we have set up our subsidiary in UAE and now in UK. We are already doing regular exports to UAE. We now wish to hire a Head of International Business who can take this business to 500 crore within next 5 years.

Position: General Manager – International

Location: Gurgaon, India

Compensation: ₹40–50 LPA (CTC + Variable + ESOPs)

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be the
overall Head of International Business
, responsible for driving growth, profitability, and market expansion across
UK, EU, Middle East, US, and Australia
.

They will also
oversee DCGpac's international subsidiaries in the UK and UAE
, leading P&L, strategy, and business development across export and global sourcing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead international expansion with full
    Growth and P&L responsibility
    .
  • Drive export sales of
    Sustainable Packaging
    ,
    Paper Bags
    ,
    Compostable Bags
    , and
    Warehouse Products
    .
  • Build partnerships with
    buying houses, logistics networks, e-commerce platforms, brands, and retail chains
    in UK/EU.
  • Represent DCGpac at
    global packaging exhibitions and international trade forums
    .

Ideal Candidate

  • MBA from a Tier-1 Institute
    or
    degree in International Trade/Business
    .
  • 10+ years of export experience
    to UK/EU/Middle East/US/Australia.
  • Proven success managing
    international packaging or paper product exports
    .
  • Preference for candidates who have
    studied, worked, or lived in the UK/EU
    and have strong buyer relationships.
