Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and reliable Front of House Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of food and beverages, excellent leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role involves supervising daily front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of enthusiastic staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring a seamless dining/drinking experience for all guests.
  • Train and manage front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas.
  • Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and event coordination.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
