As a Front of House Team Leader, pulling pints and serving super food is only the beginning as you show us you have what it takes to develop to the next level. You'll be an expert in communication, leading from the front and being a positive role model for your team. Taking the lead and running shifts, it's key that providing excellent customer service and motivating your team is something that you're passionate about.

Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor within a similar hospitality role will be beneficial, however we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate great leadership qualities along with being a great team player to join our award winning rural food led pub with rooms in Stalisfield, near Charing, Kent. A picturesque location on the top of the North Downs surrounded by beautiful countryside with 2 rosettes and 4 gold stars for the accommodation
