As we scale rapidly, we are building a world-class local team, and performance insights are at the heart of our commercial strategy.
We're seeking a commercially-minded, strategically sharp Head of Portfolio Performance & Insights to lead a small, higher performing team of portfolio analysts reporting into the Central Senior Commercial Director. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Design and embed a Group-wide performance reporting framework for use across MGM Resorts, Group, and Regional reporting.
- Drive thought leadership by challenging existing approaches and enabling faster, smarter decisions through innovative analytics and insights.
- Foster a data-driven culture, delivering high-quality, actionable intelligence at speed, and developing a world-class analytics framework spanning transactional, research, market, and competitor data.
- Partner with the Senior Commercial Director and Other Group Performance Directors to drive and deliver the group's revenue ambitions.
- Commercial & Performance Analytics
- Partner with Strategic Initiatives and Commercials teams to diagnose, plan and solve complex business and customer-related challenges.
- Partner with CCO and Exec to influence corporate and business strategic priorities and decision-making.
- Serve as a commercial thought leader, shaping strategy, challenging conventions, and elevating commercial thinking across the Group.
- Lead weekly / monthly / quarterly performance sessions and influence strategy development, backed by a deep understanding of key performance drivers and opportunities to optimise growth and efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with finance and commercial teams to improve revenue forecasting, maximise campaign ROI, and refine P&L modelling.
- Operational & Functional Analytics
- Act as the principal analytics partner to the CCO leadership and executive team.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with teams to improve performance (e.g., payments, fraud, CRM, customer support).
- Partner with central BI and Engineers to rapidly develop deep, interactive real-time reporting and dashboards to support day-to-day business execution.
- Consumer & Product Analytics
- Partner with central teams to develop deep customer segmentation, behavioral insights, and user journey mapping to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Support UX optimisation, A/B testing, and feature performance analysis across the iGaming and sportsbook platforms.
- AI & Advanced Analytics
- Identify and influence the group-wide AI and machine learning roadmap (e.g., personalization, churn prediction, pricing models) to enhance customer experience and drive competitive advantage
- Work with data science and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready models.
- Collaboration & Influence
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, tech, and operations to align analytics outputs with business needs.
- Influence senior stakeholders with clear, compelling data storytelling and recommendations.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
