Job Description

  • The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Employee Relations is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of employee relations strategies that promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
  • This role partners with business leaders, HRBPs, and legal counsel to ensure fair employment practices, manage workplace investigations, mitigate organizational risk, and support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Progressive HR/Employee Relations experience, including experience in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations matters and internal investigations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
