Job Summary

NOTTO Pasta, 1 Broadgate, London Liverpool Street EC2M 2QS

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Fast Food Crew to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all food items are prepared and served to the highest standards. You will work in a fast-paced QSR environment, assisting customers with their orders and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately
  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Serve our Fresh Pasta/Salad and sides to the world.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
  • Handle sales/transactions and operate the till efficiently
  • Assist in restocking supplies as needed throughout shifts
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
  • Keeping a clean and tidy environment throughout the day.
  • Being an ambassador for Notto the Brand

Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast food or customer service role is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who is reliable and punctual
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices is desirable
