Hours:

1 x 40 hours per week and3 x 20 hours per week, including evening and weekend working on a rota basis.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated F&B Supervisor Apprentice to join our team, working within either our vibrant Hotel Bar or our dynamic Meetings & Events department. This 12-month apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification delivered by HIT Training.

As an apprentice, you'll be supported every step of the way by our experienced leaders, who will help you develop your skills, confidence, and understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service in a busy hotel environment. You'll get real responsibility, learn on the job and play an important part in making our guest experience outstanding.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the daily operation of the Bar or Meetings & Events team
  • Delivering high-quality service to guests
  • Assisting in supervising shifts and supporting junior team members
  • Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety
  • Learning key hospitality leadership skills through structured training and practical experience
  • Working alongside managers to support operational excellence

About You

Prior experience in hospitality would be preferred, but more important is the right attitude and a desire to grow in the hospitality industry.

  • conference and banqueting or bar: 2 years (preferred)
