The F&B Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of restaurant and bar operations, and for ensuring that all food & beverage service standards are adhered to at all times, as per standard operating procedures.

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and management of direct reports within the F&B team, supporting the supervisory and management team with day to day operations, coordinating tasks and ensuring associates on shift have the necessary resources, training and support to effectively perform their job while ensuring that all activities are completed at the end of the shift. The F&B Supervisor provides support to the F&B Manager, and in their absence oversees smooth operation of the F&B department. The F&B Supervisor acts as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process while also assisting management in training, motivating, coaching and counseling associates. The F&B Supervisor must be fully conversant with company policies and procedures relating to the operation of the F&B and Hotel including uniform and personal appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information; protection of company assets and safety and security and ensure that these are adhered to at all times by the F&B team.

**Experience**:
Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a supervisory capacity in a similar role is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.71 per hour
