We now have an exciting opportunity for Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage department.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be required to **master the art of versatility** and **inject some energy** whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

- To meet individual targets as set by the F&B Manager.
- Ensure all F&B service standard audit procedures are adhered to.
- Seek opportunities to improve the guest experience by gaining feedback to improve restaurant services.
- To actively promote a positive attitude throughout the hotel.
- To work with the F&B Manager in ordering and controlling all restaurant stock.
- To assist the F&B Manager in the proactively planning of future events or promotions that will financial benefit the business.
- To be fully aware of hotel activities and promote wherever possible.
- Manage day-to-day staffing requirements in conjunction with the R&B Manager, plan and assign work accordingly.
- Promote teamwork and the delivery of quality service through daily communication and coordination with other department heads.
- To place particular emphasis and compliance on all working practices and training relating to fire safety, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene.
- Set and monitor incentives for the restaurant team
- Understand the methods and control for the payroll costs in the department and work with the restaurant manager to control these.
