Stannah is looking to recruit an ambitious Apprentice Administrator to join our team based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and gain valuable experience in a professional environment.
Due to Branch Location own transport is desirable
Working hours will be: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:15 and Friday , 9:00 till 16:45
Apprentice Administrator Role:
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for engineers.
- Shadow colleagues to develop skills and knowledge of the Maintenance & Repair Division.
- Complete coursework and participate in at least 20% off-the-job training.
- Maintain accuracy in work-related documentation and follow company policies.
Training and Development:
- Duration of 12-18 months.
- A mix of practical training, mentoring, and distance education.
- You will achieve a recognised qualification in Business Administration.

QualificationsApprentice Administrator Requirements:
- Minimum GCSE Grade A-C) in Maths and English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
