Job Description:

As Director of Product Marketing, you'll define and lead the strategy for positioning products in a dynamic market. This highly visible leadership role involves building and mentoring a team, shaping compelling narratives, and ensuring customers understand the full value. You'll drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market visibility by sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales.

What you will do:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, setting vision and strategy.
  • Own and evolve product messaging, positioning, and value propositions across all channels.
  • Lead sales and customer team enablement by developing playbooks and collateral.

The ideal candidate:

  • 6+ years in Product Marketing or Growth Product within B2B SaaS, including 2+ years in leadership.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Exceptional communicator, skilled at distilling complex products into compelling narratives.
