The Role

Vertice operates in a dynamic and high growth market. To stand out, we need sharp positioning, compelling narratives, and sales teams equipped with the very best insights and collateral. As Director of Product Marketing, you'll define and lead the strategy that shapes how Vertice's products are positioned in the market, adopted by customers, and scaled to drive revenue growth.

Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and Sales, this is a highly visible leadership role at a pivotal stage of our growth. You'll build and lead a team that champions our product story-internally and externally-and ensures our customers, prospects, and the market understand the full value of what we deliver.

Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, setting vision, strategy, and execution standards.
  • Own and evolve Vertice's product messaging, positioning, and value propositions across all channels.
  • Partner with Marketing leadership on audience targeting, market & competitive analysis, product messaging and supporting the creation of assets through the funnel.
  • Partner with Product leadership on roadmap planning, feature tiering, and launches that maximize adoption and revenue impact
  • Lead sales and customer team enablement initiatives by developing playbooks, competitive intelligence, and customer-facing collateral that equip GTM teams to win.
  • Conduct deep customer and market research, combining real client pains and usage data to inform strategy and product direction
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, driving engagement, adoption, and revenue outcomes.
  • Serve as a public-facing thought leader by representing Vertice at industry events, webinars, and with market influencers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth Product roles within B2B SaaS or technology companies, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with executives and senior stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to distill complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments, wearing multiple hats, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
