We're currently recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join our team in Belfast
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Main Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital, product marketing, and partnership marketing.
- Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Drive qualified pipeline through multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, events).
- Collaborate with Sales to align on lead quality, funnel metrics, and conversion strategies.
- Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing programs.
Brand & Positioning
- Define and evolve the brand identity, messaging, and value proposition.
- Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints, including website, social media, and collateral.
- Lead PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
Product Marketing & Enablement
- Partner with Product to develop go-to-market plans for new features and launches.
- Create compelling content and sales enablement materials to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and pricing.
Analytics & Performance
- Track and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROI, MQLs, website traffic, campaign performance).
- Use data to inform decisions, test hypotheses, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Ensure marketing technology stack is optimised for performance and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on shared goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organisation.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior Marketing role
- Experience in a SaaS Business related environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital campaigns
- Proficient on LinkedIn as a lead generation channel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing direct reports or a team.
Desirable Criteria
- MA / MSc Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Studies, Sports Studies or a similar relevant field or an MBA
- Experience within Marketing in a Tech business
