As an employer, we mirror this commitment by fostering a workplace where innovation thrives, people feel empowered, and careers are built on purpose and passion.TeamFeePay – Employee BenefitsHighly competitive salary and bonusVitality healthcareDeath in ServiceWellbeing hubGood pension and holidaysProfessional development opportunities.Main ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & LeadershipDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across brand, content, digital, product marketing, and partnership marketing.Own the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels.Demand Generation & GrowthDrive qualified pipeline through multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid media, SEO, email, events).Collaborate with Sales to align on lead quality, funnel metrics, and conversion strategies.Optimise marketing automation and lead nurturing programs.Brand & PositioningDefine and evolve the brand identity, messaging, and value proposition.Ensure consistent brand presence across all touchpoints, including website, social media, and collateral.Lead PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.Product Marketing & EnablementPartner with Product to develop go-to-market plans for new features and launches.Create compelling content and sales enablement materials to support customer acquisition and retention.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and pricing.Analytics & PerformanceTrack and report on key marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROI, MQLs, website traffic, campaign performance).Use data to inform decisions, test hypotheses, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.Ensure marketing technology stack is optimised for performance and scalability.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to align on shared goals.Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the organisation.Essential CriteriaMinimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Marketing roleExperience in a SaaS Business related environment.Minimum 5 years of experience managing digital campaignsProficient on LinkedIn as a lead generation channelExcellent analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience managing direct reports or a team.Desirable CriteriaMA / MSc Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Studies, Sports Studies or a similar relevant field or an MBAExperience within Marketing in a Tech businessExperience in the Sports Industry, either as a sports coach, volunteer, administrator or playerGraphic design and publishing experience, particularly in the social media and Blogging environmentExperience operating a CRM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
