Customer Service Advisor
to join our Wates team You'll play a key role in leading and supporting our Customer Service team, helping us deliver outstanding service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion continuous improvement to ensure excellent operational delivery and supply chain management
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage complaints effectively, identify trends, and lead service improvements
  • Lead a team of planners and administrators to maximise productivity and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Support the Contract Lead in delivering a quality, customer-focused, profitable, and safe business

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a
Co-ordinator
with experience managing scheduling and/or administrative teams in the maintenance sector. You should have
advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
.

This role is also ideal for an experienced
Scheduler
ready to take the next step in their career by leading a team.
