At InHealth, we support the NHS with innovative services including triage, bookings, nurse-led Lung Cancer Screening (LCS), and mobile CT scanning. We're looking for a proactive and passionate Operations Manager to lead multiple LCS programmes across the UK - ensuring exceptional service delivery and patient care.
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage LCS programmes across multiple regions
- Build strong relationships with commissioners, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure services meet and exceed performance and quality standards
- Report on programme performance and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to policy development and strategic planning

* This includes colleagues delivering face to face patient care in the Targeted Lung Health Check mobile units, Endoscopy, AAA Screening, Breast Screening, PET-CT, Audiology, Mobiles, Imaging Centres and CDC's. Note that this payment is not applicable to clinical staff working within the Echocardiography division, or Diabetic Eye Screening. The Weekend Payment does not apply to those on a flexible working agreement and part time workers that have requested to work weekend hours/days as part of their working agreement. The Weekend Payment also doesn't apply to those who are working remotely or carrying out administrative work from home.
