Vwg Telephony Operator

**About the role**

We are looking to recruit a Telephony Operator to join our team within the VWG division to cover Maternity Leave (12 month Fixed Contract).

This is an integral role, where you will be expected to offer full support to all our departments, answering all incoming calls and relaying messages accurately, to carry out ad hoc administrative duties as required.

This position is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota.

This role can be undertaken from home, however you will need to be East Midlands based.

**About you**

The role will suit a highly enthusiastic, motivated individual, who wishes to be part of a busy team committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role will involve managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments. As a premium brand retailer, this role will ensure the first impression to our customers is an outstanding one, therefore a professional and confident telephone manner and previous customer service experience is essential.
