We're looking for a target-driven, technically skilled Civils Sales Manager to lead our Northern and Scotland teams.

You'll head up a team of sales engineers, hunting for and driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering exceptional commercial results.

This is more than a management role it's about being present and engaged, enabling and challenging your team, leading by example, and using your technical expertise to shape solutions that win. If you're dynamic and passionate about driving growth, we want to hear from you.

ACO is a leading global provider of innovative water management solutions, specialising in the design, development and manufacturing of high-quality products for the construction industry. With a commitment to sustainable practices and cutting-edge technology, we help our customers manage water effectively, protecting valuable resources and improving the environment.

To apply for this position, you will ideally reside in or around the North of England. Regular travel is expected to support and enable your team, and build strong trusted relationships with our customers.

You will be based from home, with occasional visits to our Head Office in Shefford, Bedfordshire.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience of effective people management and exceptional staff engagement skills
  • Ability to motivate and empower a team to take ownership of their role responsibilities
  • Developed technical knowledge of civils products, or ability to translate existing technical skills to civils and drainage
  • Personable, persuasive, resilient and influential

  • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to frequently travel the assigned region

  • Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales processes (training provided where needed)
