Senior Treasury Manager

London (Hybrid)

£90,000 – £110,000 per annum + benefits

A leading organisation within the broader corporate services sector is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to play a key role in overseeing cash, liquidity, funding, and risk management across a complex, multi-entity group. This position offers substantial strategic involvement, ownership of critical treasury processes, and the opportunity to drive enhancements within a sophisticated and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily cash and liquidity management, ensuring efficient utilisation of funding and investment structures
  • Manage and optimise banking facilities, including RCFs, bonding lines, and working capital programmes
  • Own the development and refinement of treasury strategy covering FX risk management, funding initiatives, and cash forecasting
  • Drive treasury system enhancements, automation initiatives, and process optimisation projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, rating agencies, auditors, and senior internal stakeholders across finance, tax, and commercial teams
  • Strengthen treasury controls, policies, and governance; support audit and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the treasury team, promoting a high-performing and collaborative function

Candidate Profile

  • Significant treasury experience gained within a professional, corporate, advisory, or financial services environment
  • Strong expertise in cash management, FX, debt facilities, liquidity planning, and treasury operations
  • AMCT qualified or part-qualified, or holds a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Proactive, analytical, and delivery-focused with a strong commitment to continuous improvement
  • Experience with treasury management systems and automation projects is highly desirable
