An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and hands-on Treasury Manager to join a dynamic, PE-backed international business based in Central London. This is a standalone role, reporting into the CFO that offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape the group's global treasury function as the business continues its impressive growth trajectory.

This role is 5 days per week onsite in the offices, and offers a very competitive wider package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Banking Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's global banking partners, ensuring optimal service levels, pricing, and support for group operations
  • Bank Account Management: Lead bank account rationalisation projects to streamline structures, improve visibility, and reduce complexity across multiple jurisdictions
  • Cashflow Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short- and long-term cashflow forecasts, providing insight and visibility to senior management and private equity stakeholders
  • Foreign Exchange Management: Execute FX trades and manage currency exposures in line with group policy, working proactively to mitigate risk and optimise hedging strategies
  • Treasury Systems & Controls: Drive improvements in treasury systems and processes, including the implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) and enhanced reporting in Excel
  • Liquidity & Funding: Support group liquidity management and intercompany funding requirements, ensuring efficient deployment of cash across the business
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to treasury policies, internal controls, and best practice standards.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a corporate treasury role, ideally within an international PE-backed environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cash management, FX, and banking structures.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with or implementing a TMS.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
