We'll look to you to help us transform talent acquisition at Co-op by embracing technology, fine tuning our processes, and getting closer to customers and candidates than ever before.

Why this roles matters

As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you'll play a key role in how we bring in great talent to our Co-op. You'll manage the end-to-end resourcing process – working with hiring managers to make the right selection decisions and providing excellent candidate experience all the way from application through to on boarding.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a talent for building relationships with partners across the business
  • A high level of attention to detail with experience of completing processes from start to finish
  • Great organisation skills, with the ability to handle and prioritise your own workload
  • A collaborative approach to work
  • An inquisitive mentality, to help with identifying continuous improvement opportunities
  • The desire to deliver a great service for candidates and hiring managers

  • An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)
  • 28 days holiday (rising to 32 with service) plus bank holidays
  • A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
  • Access to a subsidised onsite gym (at our Manchester HQ)
  • 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
  • Stream – early access to a percentage of your pay as you earn it
  • Virtual healthcare including GP appointments, mental health support, nutrition and fitness advice
  • 24/7 colleague support service
  • Training and support for your development and career progression
  • Cycle-to-work scheme

A place you'll belong

We're building diverse teams that reflect the communities we serve. We welcome applications from everyone, and our support centre is an inclusive environment where all our colleagues can thrive.
