We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support our ambitious growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine recruitment administration with proactive sourcing and vacancy management in a collaborative, future-focused environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for recruitment processes.
- Post and manage job adverts across multiple platforms.
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain excellent candidate experience.
- Keep our applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
- Assist with recruitment projects as required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS systems is desirable.
