WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an ambitious and talented Restaurant Manager to join and help lead the customer journey. With a Tasting Menu only format, we have designed a service to allow the team to create an unforgettable experience. This involves constantly developing ideas, training the team and improving ourselves along the way. Our restaurant management are hungry to develop and succeed with a keen eye for detail.

• Personality Our front of house team is built on being able to read and enjoy the company of our guests. To be there for them at the right time but make an unforgettable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on both big picture and the little touches.
• We are looking for an established skillset for this role but with the awareness that there is always something new to develop.
• Versatility ; There are many moving parts to our experience, management should be able to lead from example and learn how to implement ideas to help guide the team to succeed too.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front of house operations of the venue. All responsibilities land on management and the ability to delegate your time and the time of the team appropriately.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Implementing new ideas, strategies.
• Joining in the creative process of adding new ideas to our venue whether operationally or in service.

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
