Adams Restaurant, an award-winning establishment renowned for its exceptional culinary experiences, is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist. This dynamic role involves reception duties, events management, administrative tasks, and potentially hosting responsibilities. **Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Managing reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and optimizing table allocation
- Assisting in event management, including coordination, planning, and execution
- Providing administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service
- Assisting with hosting duties, including seating guests
- Upholding Adams Restaurant's high standards of hospitality and customer service
- Collaborating with the team to continuously improve guest experiences and operational efficiency

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or hospitality role is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and standard office software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Tuesday - Friday working days with some flexibility for evenings and occasional Saturday's.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
