**As Host, you are a brand ambassador who considers guest experience your top priority by**:

- Taking pride in your appearance, recognising that first impressions count;
- Warmly greeting guests, confidently building rapport in a professional manner;
- Ensuring all guest needs are met during the enquiry/booking phase of the dining experience;
- Being genuinely passionate about working in hospitality and confident when interacting with people;
- Keeping calm, professional and focused in challenging situations;
- Proactively managing reservations to accommodate the optimal number of guests;
- Willing to learn all aspects of the restaurant operation to assist when needed;
- Contributing to creating and maintaining a positive and productive working culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham B3 1SD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- The ideal required hours for this role are Tuesday to Friday 4pm-9.30pm, Saturday 1pm-9.30pm and Sunday 1pm to 7pm. Can you meet this requirement? If you can't please advise what your availability is?

**Experience**:
