Service and Parts Administrator

Job description
General Duties:
.
- Managing Motability Bookings for multiply sites to ensure customers are contacted in line with our Service Level Agreement. This includes MOT and Service bookings
- Prospecting outbound calls for Service Plan sales – contact customers following the purchase of their new or used car
- Cover for Call Centre staff who are on holiday to assist with service bookings for all sites. Use Service Core data to make outbound calls and receive inbound booking calls.
- Cover for Service Advisers staff who are on holiday to assist with the daily running of the Service Departments within Swansea
- Any other administrative tasks relevant to the groups service departments

The ideal applicant will have:
.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a contact centre setting
- Exceptional communication skills, characterised by professionalism and courtesy
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities to manage appointment schedules effectively
- Familiarity with automotive services and dealership operations is advantageous.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
