About our client
Our client is a leading European venture capital growth firm headquartered in London with a strong presence across Europe. This is a high-performing team with ambitious fundraising and growth plans for the future. You would be joining an entrepreneurial and dynamic team with an excellent working culture.
What the job involves
- Working closely with the Head of IR and wider IR team, you would support all aspects of fundraising and investor engagement
- Preparing marketing and due diligence materials (e.g. PPMs, presentations, DDQs)
- Coordinating investor meetings and responding to queries
- Managing investor target lists and CRM systems
- Supporting quarterly reporting and webinar preparation
- Assisting with annual investor and advisory board events
- Contributing to relationship-building with current and prospective investors
Who we are looking for
- Strong academics with prior experience in Investor Relations or Placement Agents. Any other financial services backgrounds (i.e. Investment Banking or Investments would also be considered)
- Commercially sharp with a growth mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player with strong emotional intelligence
- Interested in technology
