Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic
Investor Relations Associate
to serve as a key liaison between Evvolve and our investor network. This role is focused on converting investor calls into warm, lasting relationships and ensuring that capital is aligned with the right opportunities. You'll be the face of our brand in high-value conversations, responsible for managing and deepening strategic investor relationships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Conduct investor discovery calls to understand mandates, sector interests, and portfolio strategy.
  • Build rapport and trust with family offices, VCs, and HNWIs to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strategically qualify investor fit for current and future deal flow.
  • Capital Markets Support
  • Collaborate with the Capital Markets and Deal Sourcing teams to align investor profiles with curated opportunities.
  • Provide investor feedback to internal teams to refine positioning and outreach strategy.
  • Pipeline Management & Follow-Up
  • Maintain detailed CRM records and manage investor pipelines using tools.
  • Lead personalized follow-up sequences to warm investors post-call, ensuring consistent engagement.
  • Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on sector trends, investor behavior, and emerging market insights.
  • Represent Evvolve at investor roundtables, pitch calls, and virtual events.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years experience in Investor Relations, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, or related roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently with senior investors.
  • Deep understanding of early-stage investing, fundraising mechanics, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically—moving conversations from discovery to alignment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and email automation tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter with global business acumen and a passion for innovation and capital markets.
