Position Overview

We are looking for a
high-energy, outbound-focused Investor Relations Associate
to lead new investor engagement efforts. In this role, you will drive outreach and hold a
minimum of 10 investor discovery calls per day
, introducing Evvolve's platform and building initial relationships with new venture capital partners. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building rapport from scratch, and is passionate about startups and private markets.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Investor Engagement

  • Conduct
    10+ daily discovery calls
    with new venture capitalists to introduce Evvolve, understand investment mandates, and initiate strategic relationships.
  • Uncover key investment parameters including stage, check size, sector focus, and geographic preferences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and trusted brand ambassador for new investors entering the Evvolve ecosystem.

Pipeline Development & Qualification

  • Identify and qualify new VC firms for strategic fit with current and future deal flow.
  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline of investor conversations through robust tracking and follow-up processes.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the Capital Markets and Deal Sourcing teams to align investor mandates with curated opportunities.
  • Share investor insights internally to help refine positioning and improve the quality of investor-founder matches.

Follow-Up & Engagement

  • Execute personalized outreach and follow-up workflows to convert discovery calls into warm, long-term investor relationships.
  • Ensure consistent engagement with VCs through thoughtful communication and content sharing.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed on VC activity, fund launches, sector trends, and investment behavior.
  • Represent Evvolve in virtual industry events and ecosystem-building initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Venture Capital, Investor Relations, Fundraising, or a similar investor-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident leading investor conversations.
  • Proven success in outbound relationship-building roles with a high volume of daily calls.
  • Understanding of early-stage investing and the venture capital landscape.
  • Experience managing investor pipelines and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and intellectually curious with a global perspective.
