Alban Manor is a family owned, 80 bed residential nursing home, located in the heart of St. Albans. We are looking for a compassionate CRM and Marketing Coordinator to support both our enquiry management and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending people focused communication with creative marketing. You will be the first point of contact for care home enquiries, ensuring every family receives a warm, professional experience, whilst also managing key marketing channels to promote our homes, services and community stories

Key responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

Sales and Enquiry Management

  • Handle incoming care home enquiries via phone, email, and website forms

  • Nurture leads and maintain relationships with prospective residents and families

  • Track and manage all enquiries in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow ups

  • Support the admissions process and occupancy goals through effective communication and reporting

Marketing and Digital communications

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content using Canva and scheduling tools (eg Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)

  • Update and maintain the company website, including uploading new content, images, news, and blog posts

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns that highlight residents stories, events and community events.

  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters , and event flyers

  • Monitor campaign performance and CRM analytics to inform future marketing decisions

Ideal Candidate

- strong communicator with a compassionate, customer first approach

  • Confident using CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools

  • Experienced with Canva, website CMS (eg Wordpress or Wix ) and paid ad managment

  • Organised, creative, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

-Experience in Care Home, healthcare or hospitality industry is an advantage

Salary - £40,000 per annum for full time hours - to support sister home with enquiry management ( will consider part-time hours) pro rata
