About You

You're a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With administrative experience under your belt—ideally in a corporate setting—you're confident managing multiple priorities and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

You're someone who enjoys bringing structure to busy teams, whether that's through managing diaries, coordinating meetings, or keeping documentation up to date. Your attention to detail is second to none, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work that helps others succeed.

Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint), you're comfortable navigating digital platforms and supporting virtual meetings. You're also a natural collaborator, able to build positive relationships across teams and departments.

Whether it's organising team events, supporting recruitment and onboarding, or helping with ad-hoc projects, you bring a can-do attitude and a warm, approachable style to everything you do. If you have a qualification in Business Administration or a related field, that's a bonus—but your experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to making a difference are what really set you apart.

Key Requirements and Experience
  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with others.

  • A qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field would be beneficial.
