Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in the UK. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while benefiting from our extensive resources and support. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of providing exceptional service to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on insurance products that best meet their needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the insurance process.
  • Assist clients with claims and policy renewals.
  • Utilize industry-leading software for efficient sales administration.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to enhance client outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in life insurance, protection, or mortgage advice
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with insurance sales processes and regulations.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially Spanish or other languages.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and market options.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.
