What will your day to day look like?
You will be a critical force within Supply Chain Management, ensuring world-class standards are maintained and a culture of continuous improvement is the standard.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Senior Leadership team to shape business strategy for long-term success, aligning with the goals of the Operations team
- Building a high-performance environment through accountability and ownership in your teams, including indirectly managing ~150 employees
- Evolving the production line along with the introduction of new product lines
- Ensuring customer demands are met through optimised resource management
- Leading initiatives for continuous improvement and ensuring best manufacturing practices are met
You will also have overall responsibility for the recruitment and development of your direct reports (and their direct reports.)
This role will suit you if you…
- Have advanced skills in Lean principles, with the ability to implement and facilitate tools effectively
- Have proven experience within Senior Manufacturing Management
- Have a degree (or equivalent experience) in Manufacturing, Operations, or other related disciplines
- Are a structured thinker, able to make informed decisions from the analysis of complicated data sets
- Are proficient in methodologies that enhance operational efficiency, including Value Stream Mapping and Strategic Goal Alignment
- Can demonstrate a strong understanding of the processes involved in manufacturing products across a range of departments
