We are looking for a Strategic Merchandise Consultant who thrives on both managing high-value client relationships and proactively generating new business opportunities. If you enjoy picking up the phone, sending that LinkedIn message, or making the connections that turn opportunities into long-term partnerships, this role is for you.

Salary:

£27,000.00 PA + uncapped commission package

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow high-value client relationships, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
  • Lead tenders, RFPs, and large-scale projects in collaboration with the Commercial Director.
  • Handle international enquiries and global shipping requirements
  • Drive proactive business development through outreach, reactivation, and upselling.
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations and present tailored branded merchandise solutions to organisations across the globe.
  • Represent Totally Branded at industry events and both virtual and face to face client meetings.
  • Actively use the telephone, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM data, and industry insights to uncover and secure strategic accounts.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in a similar proactive sales role
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing complex, high-value projects (tenders, global orders, merchandise stores).
  • Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness, and presentation skills.
  • Confident using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Professional, credible, and polished in client-facing situations.
  • A self-starter who thrives on proactive sales and relationship building.
  • Confident contacting high-value clients and decision-makers directly
  • Skilled at proactively turning new leads and opportunities into long-term, strategic partnerships.
