Leisure Furnishings Ltd is a privately owned manufacturing business based in the East Midlands supplying soft furnishings to the UK Leisure Industry. All of our products are manufactured at our site in Long Eaton.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Control Inspector to inspect a variety of soft furnishing products that are manufactured on site for the Caravan / Motorhome industry.

The duties and skills will include but not be limited to:

· Ability to work within a team and on your own

· Read SOP's and specifications.

· Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.

· Check for defects, highlight and correct errors made in the assembly or production process.

· Inspect, test and measure materials.

· Strive to maintain an efficient workflow within a fast-paced environment

· Ensure all products achieve quality expectations and report findings to senior management.

· Accuracy and a strong attention to detail is essential.

· Good Communication & interpersonal skills essential

· Be proactive in making and supporting continuous improvements and efficiency initiatives

This is a full time role 38 hours per week, Monday – Thursday, 6.30am – 4.30pm, with potential for extra hours dependant upon demand.

Immediate start required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
