**Quality Inspector**

**Quality Inspector**
- First off Inspection and Patrol Inspection
- Performing first off inspections of machined components
- Approve and confirm specifications of incoming materials
- Identify problems and troubleshoot them accordingly
- Operating & programming CMM machines (Some training can be given)
- Resolving quality issues
- Document and report non-conformance and ensure continuous quality improvement
- Working with handheld measuring equipment (micrometres, Vernier's, Gauges, callipers)
- Solving quality issues from CNC machined components to assembly
- Inspect a variety of parts ranging from small precision components through to large components
- Documenting quality issues and reporting Non conformances.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings

**Quality Inspector**
- Permanent Job
- Rotation shift;
- Mornings 6am-2pm Monday to Thursday / Early finish Friday
- Lates
- Monday to Thursday 2pm-12pm Early (Friday off on late shift)
- Overtime on offer
- 34 days holiday
- Bonus Scheme
- Employee pension scheme
- £38,000-£40,000 per annum

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
