Overview

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Control Room Operator at our Head Office in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This position is well suited to a calm level headed individual that can work in a high pressure office environment, prides themselves in providing high levels of customer service, having attention to detail when completing administrative tasks and working to establish the best solutions to a given problem.

Based within the operations control room, you will work with all operational areas. You will work with electronic staff scheduling system to enable us to maintain high service delivery to our portfolio of clients as well as supporting frontline security officers.

Some experience preferred but not essential as full training provided.

Responsibilities

· Scheduling of personnel and services

· Handling welfare checks, book on/offs

· Answering all inbound telephone calls

· Completing all relevant information manually or electronically

· To work as part of the monitoring and response team

· To maintain the company's reputation as a quality provider of security services

Requirements

· Must hold a valid SIA Licence and full clean driving Licence

· Experience in the Security Industry

. Timegate knowledge (minimum 2years)

· Have the ability to forward accurate verbal and written information

· Professional telephone manner

· Good organizational and administration skills

· Familiar with computerised roistering and monitoring systems

· Computer literate and proficient with Excel, Windows and Outlook

·· Must have a 5-year work history screened according to BS7858

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 36 per week

  • Kidderminster DY11 7DL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
