My client is on the hunt for a dynamic
Social Media Executive
who lives and breathes content creation. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious PR agency where creativity, innovation and storytelling are the heartbeat of everything they do.

If you're someone who's constantly capturing moments, thinking in transitions, scouting trends before they blow up, and can turn raw footage into thumb-stopping content — this one's for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Producing slick, creative and engaging
    video-first content
    for organic social campaigns across the agency's diverse client portfolio and for the agency themselves.
  • Owning the full content creation process — from concept and scripting, to filming, editing and delivery.
  • Working closely with the wider PR and creative teams to bring brand campaigns to life across owned social channels.
  • Bringing confidence and personality
    in front of the camera
    , helping to shape authentic, relatable content.
  • Spotting trends, creator moments and cultural conversations with speed — and knowing exactly how to tap into them.
  • Identifying, tracking and engaging with relevant
    influencers and creators
    , ensuring seamless collaborations and partnerships.
  • Playing a key role in
    community management
    , fostering meaningful interactions and keeping conversations flowing.

What we're looking for

  • A proven content creator with a standout portfolio of video work (Reels, TikToks, short-form edits).
  • Someone with a genuine passion for
    organic social
    , emerging trends and platform best practice.
  • A confident self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong editing skills and a polished approach to storytelling and visual design.
  • A natural communicator who understands how to grow and nurture online communities.
  • Bonus points for an interest in
    property, home interiors and the leisure sector
    — key areas for the agency's client mix.
  • Confidence working with Canva and Sprout
