Senior Sales and Business Development

KFactory is an Industry 4.0 company with focus on innovation of enterprise process automation within factories. We are focused on boosting operational performance of manufacturing companies through digitalization of the operational process using AI.
Our colleague will be the first point of contact for KFactory customers, potential customers and business partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible to execute the manage the full lifecycle of the sales opportunities, customer relationship and partner relationship.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business sales within a chosen customer segment
- Engage C-Level executives and build compelling partnership proposals
- Articulate the value proposition of KFactory to potential customers
- Develop relationships with the new customers and identify potential new revenue opportunities across the territory
- Work collaboratively with the other departments and team members to help nurture a results-driven team-orientated company culture
- Update and maintain customers in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years Experience in a Sales or Account Executive position with a strong ability to focus on identifying a need or opportunity and tailor the messaging towards the business objectives
- Relevant experience working within the IT Business Solutions and/or Industrial Automation in the UK
- Ability to sell in a consultative approach by understanding the customer needs and challenging them on solutions while always working on the sales closure
- A good understanding of SaaS and preferably digital transformation concepts, delivery models and how they apply to the manufacturing industry
- Ability to work closely with Presales and other departments to ensure processes run smoothly
