What you'll be doing:
During your 12-month Placement, you'll:

  • Work alongside experienced finance teams, assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support key business decisions.
  • Get involved in various projects that will help streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.
  • Gain exposure to different departments within finance, giving you a broad understanding of how a successful retail business operates.

About You:
We're looking for talented, driven students who are ready to take on challenges and learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Currently studying for a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, results-driven business.
