Are you an inspirational and highly organised person ready to lead an enthusiastic team?

The Dove-Shell Federation currently comprises two single form entry primary schools: St Thomas' Moorside CE (VA) Primary School and East Crompton St James' CE (VA) Primary School.

The start date for this position is 1st January. The post is at St Thomas' Moorside Primary school.

The Federation has a proven track record of developing staff. The new Business manager will work closely alongside the current Business Manager at East Crompton St James' to ensure both offices follow the same procedures

This post provides the opportunity:

  • To work collaboratively with our other school in the Federation.
  • To aspire to work towards or already hold the SBM Level 4 qualification
  • Full training on the school's management information systems & HR support from our partner 'working with schools'
  • Lead an energetic team consisting of 1ft Administrator & 1x20hrs Administrative assistant
  • Mentoring into the role by the experienced SBM from St James'

Applicants will be highly organised, flexible, enthusiastic, have proven management and leadership skills and be able to work as part of an effective and hard-working team.
