Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship – Little Moors Farm Nursery

Shoots Training are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking individual to complete their Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship at Little Moors Farm Nursery, Hartlebury.

Little Moors Farm Nursery is in a beautiful barn, converted to create a perfect learning environment for children. We are surrounded by 16 Acres of our land . Our nursery has a secure enclosed outside play area, enabling an inside/ outside learning environment. Every day our children enjoy walks in the surrounding countryside and playing in our woodland area.

The inside learning environment provides a home from home environment with a kitchen where we eat as a nursery family, sofas to curl up and share books as well as defined learning areas.

We offer limited spaces to ensure all children can be cared for and nurtured individually, as you would at home. Priding ourselves on respecting our children, giving them time and comfort to support their emotional development as well as offering exciting learning opportunities for all ages.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;

  • Looking for someone that is flexible
  • Someone who can multitask and manage the settings business processes and can be articulate to be competent in produce records and documents.
  • To be a great communicator as will be speaking with parents
  • Liaising with external agencies, via telephone and email correspondence, including project management, and to understand all the business processes.
  • Looking for someone who wants to develop their administrative skills and advance their career and to develop skills such as communication, organisation, problem-solving, and the use of technology to be able to deliver the high standards that the role expects

Requirements;

  • You must be able to gain a clear DBS
  • GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English,

Hours;

  • Little Moors Farm Nursery is open from 7:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate will be required to work hours per week - Flexible
